The aim of the dissertation is to improve the reproductive health of women before pregnancy using the special screening of menstrual function on the principle of step by step in girls-teenagers and women of early reproductive age that they are included to the groups of risk on development of endometriosis taking into account the ovarian reserve of ovaries and the development of improved diagnostically algorithm and complex medical and preventive and rehabilitative measures to reduce the incidence of endometriosis. It is necessary to do a planned special screenings on the principle of step by step in girls-teenagers and women of early reproductive age that they are included to the groups of risk with the early forms of endometriosis. The changes of the ovarian reserve of ovaries with dysmenorea and endometriosis are diagnosed at different stages of destruction which allowed to include the methodology to the early diagnostic markers of the ovaries. The duration of gipoestronennyh conditions are made by medication weighs with condition of the bone mineral density, which allows us to recommend a method of ultrasound densitometry in combination with measurement of bone turnover as a necessary dynamic control in the postoperative period during the anti-treatment of ovarian endometriomas. The need to improve the diagnostic algorithm is scientifically substantiated, as well as complex of medical and preventive and rehabilitative measures that directed at improving reproductive health using early diagnosis of the beginning forms of endometriosis in girls-teenagers and women of reproductive age taking into account women's reproductive programs.
