Kreydenko V. Modernization institutional mechanisms for cooperation between the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The thesis investigates the existing form of government in Ukraine, which has some features of the imperfections in the mechanisms of institutional interaction between the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which needs urgent modernization and to carry out fundamental reforms of the political system in Ukraine based on national practice and international best practices. An architectural approach to the interpretation in the context of public management science definition of "mechanisms of institutional interaction" , which refers to a set of relationships, methods of coordination and adjustment of national interest with a view to their effective implementation in the public administration. Proved the need to improve the current regulatory framework in the area of modernization of the institutional mechanisms of cooperation between the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, first define the functions and powers of the President of Ukraine and adopt the Law of Ukraine "On the President of Ukraine" to prevent dragging of powers between the different branches of government in Ukraine.
