Essay

Object - processes of time scale formation in the time group standard and frequency in presence of errors from the interaction of the quantum frequency standards. Aim - improving accuracy of reproduction, storage and transmission of time units and frequency group standard. Subject - method of time scale formation of the group standard, providing error compensation from the interaction. Methods - a theory of oscillations and fluctuations in the quantum generators, methods of statistical regularization of ill-posed problems of mathematical physics. Results - improved mathematical model of fluctuation behaviour at full phase of the group standard as stochastic system electrically coupled oscillators with close frequencies; for the first time developed method of errors compensation from the interaction of quantum frequency standards at group standards; continued development of methods for Hadamard and Allan transfer functions for evaluation of phase fluctuations spectral power density of quantum frequency standards.
