The dissertation focuses on the peculiarities of using the routinization concept in phenomenological and poststructuralist sociology and also on theoretical and methodological foundation of the routinization concept in modern sociological theories. The gnoseological status of routinization concept among the concepts and categories of phenomenological and poststructuralist sociology has been identified. The dissertation has provided a rationale meaning for cognitive potential of "routinization" concept in aspects of the researching practices of intersubjective social interaction and of specific foundation of social order. The specific of the conceptual reflection of the routinization process in poststructuralist sociological paradigm has been defined. The attributive components of routinization concept have been identified; its main functions and links with other sociological concepts have been characterised. The general theoretical interpretation of routinization concept has been proposed.
