In the paper methods of labor motivation of staff are systematized. Scientific approaches to the organizational support for the process of motivation of work were improved, which gave an opportunity to differentiate motivational mechanisms for driving forces and for the purpose of the functioning. Classification of the tools of labor motivation was specified due to the introduction of new classification criteria "form of influence on the organization of interaction of staff". We analyzed the state of financial stimulation of work in enterprises that allowed to identify internal and external factors of impact on the financial stimulation of work.
