The dissertation is devoted to the study of physiological-hygienic basics of system optimization conditions and organization of training process in out-of-school educational institutions sports profile. On the basis of hygienic assessment in-school environment, developed methodology of a complex integrated assessment of the sanitary well-being of child-youth sporting schools. Defined leading sanitary-hygienic factors and their influence on the morphological and functional status of young athletes. The developed method prognostic evaluation of the success of sports activities in various kinds of sports, which allows quality sports selection and orientation of children already at the stage of initial training. Developed and the directions of optimization of conditions and organization of training process in child-youth sporting schools.
