Holodok V. Public Administration of Cultural Heritage Protection in Ukraine

Object of study: the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. Objective: theoretical foundation of improving the mechanisms of management of cultural heritage in Ukraine on the basis of public-public and public-private partnerships. Methods: Analysis and Synthesis, historical simulation, systems approach, comparative analysis. Results: The theoretical foundation of improving the mechanisms of management of cultural heritage in Ukraine. Novelty: The conceptual approach to form a mechanism for state management of cultural heritage; improved justification of the priority directions of improvement of mechanisms of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and others. Introduced in the activities of the Ukrainian Center for Cultural Studies in the preparation of analytical developments and proposals to the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and others. Industries: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
