The aim of the thesis is to create an effective rastvorobetononasosa with increased bandwidth valve assemblies and identifying conditions stable supply of concrete mixture through the pipeline , given its properties characteristic of visco-plastic medium. Based on the analysis of existing equipment for transporting concrete mixes, performing works by wet shotcrete spraying concrete and two-piston rastvo-robetononasos created with horizontal cylinders and poppet valves, will eliminate the shortcomings of existing rastvorobetononasosov and establish pilot production sample machine to op-erate as a part of technological sets of universal small equipment, as well as an independent machine. New rastvorobetononasos created based on the results of theoretical and experimental studies. The investigations of transportation by pipeline of concrete mixtures using two-piston rastvorobetononasosa with poppet valves. Constructed a mathematical model of the process and graphic movement of the boundary layer of the concrete mix in the pipeline. The analysis of different rheological models of viscoplastic media, which allowed us to find relations for determining the performance , overall efficiency and cost of power rastvorobetononasosom with poppet valves at work on concrete mixtures for different purposes. First demonstrated the possibility of determining the performance of the car, taking into account the dynamic viscosity of the mixture as a function of the time elapsed from the time of its preparation prior to entering rastvorobetononasos. The conditions of the elastic pipelines, providing a steady supply of concrete mixes. The technique of definition of key performance indicators rastvorobetononasosa . Identified areas of rational modes rastvorobetononasosa with poppet valves and process workflow settings . Made development of a new industrial design rastvorobetononasosa, which is used when: - restoration of the facade of the house on the street.
