Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of legal regulation of dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative on organizational-legal grounds and its further enhancement according to contemporary international, national and social needs. The research marks out and characterizes fundamental stages of historical development of national labour legislature in questions of legal regulation of the bases of dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative; defines the following notions: "dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative on organizational-legal grounds", "bases of dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative on organizational-legal grounds" and their legal substance; specifies peculiarities of the procedure of dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative on organizational-legal grounds and defines its peculiarities; gives general characteristic of legal guarantees of personnel dismissal at dissolution of labour contract at employer's initiative on organizational-legal grounds in Ukraine and in foreign countries; provides classification of grounds for dissolution of labour contract and discovers main fundamental peculiarities of each of its structural parts; analyses problematic issues in the researched sphere and proposes ways of enhancement of protecting employee's labour rights during changes in organization of manufacture and labour.
