Research is dedicated to improving of laparoscopic surgery anesthesia in children with abdominal surgical pathology. The work is based on research of respiratory function, gas exchange and central hemodynamics in children of different age during general low flow sevoflurane anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia using propofol in case of total mioplegia in сarboxyperitoneum. We evaluated the neuroendocrine stress response to surgery in children in сarboxyperitoneum. We studied specific impact of these methods of general anesthesia for total electrophysiological brain activity with the help of BIS-monitoring, and the progress of the early postanesthesia period in children of different ages. On the basis of these studies we proved the feasibility of using combined low flow sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children of all ages while performing laparoscopic surgery on the abdominal organs, which provides rapid recovery of consciousness and awakening, reliable protection of the patient from surgical stress; offered target BIS in children in conditions of CP ; we developed an algorithm of general anesthesia during laparoscopic surgery in children according to age.
