Improving the efficiency of steel silos installation by rearing method taking into account the energy costs of builders The object of study - construction projects and the technology of construction of metal silos housing made of galvanized steel, which are designed and built by rearing. The aim of the thesis: enhancing installation of steel silo towers by rearing method according to the severity of the builders. Methods: a systematic structural analysis and general systems theory and in justifying the choice of factors and indicators that determine the results of the installation work in the construction of granaries by rearing, production experiments to determine the effort and observation chronometer with tiered lifting parts silo body of mathematical statistics and modeling in the calculations and experimental data processing, analysis and synthesis of the development and introduction of new structural and technological solutions that implement practical projects in the theoretical and experimental results. Theoretical and practical results: developed, published and implemented in practice, scientifically based methods of selecting a rational method of erection and installation work on the organization of the unit granaries rearing method for different manufacturers; founded, developed, patented and implemented projects to improve the technology and organization by rearing installation of steel silos by rearing. Scientific novelty: the first time the regularities of the influence of design decisions on the granaries projected TEP construction projects, which determine the direction and possible efficiency improvement actions progressive method of rearing; first established patterns of increasing effort, energy costs and the severity of the category of installers with height and diameter of the part of the silo, which rises; developed further justification borders allow for a variety of lifting equipment depending on the design features of the steel silo body, which allows more weighed, first considering the projected energy consumption, the approach to the selection of appropriate options mounting device at the stage of technical specifications for the detailed design; developed further study and development of feasible directions structural and technological solutions for the construction of metal silos to reduce the duration and timing of their construction, with an estimate of the necessary investment and the simultaneous increase safety. Degree of implementation: developed typical routing and implemented organizational and technological and constructive suggestions for the design of foundations and construction of a transshipment terminal in Nova Odessa and the construction of the economic complex for the production of compound feed in village Rokita, with an economic effect in almost 50 thousand.
