Vereshchagina E. Corporate law of the State: concept, cause of accrual, device of consummation.

This dissertation deals with current issues of theoretical and enforcement measures related to the economic and legal security of antimonopoly-competition policy in Ukraine. It is proved the necessity of improvement of the definitions of the antimonopoly and competition legislation in particular the definition of antimonopoly and competition policy is given and justified the need to introduce a separate direction of the antimonopoly and competition policy - the policy in the area of monopolies' activity. It is considered the institutionally-legal mechanism of the antimonopoly-competition policy in Ukraine, consisting of interconnected stages, which are united by a term "proceedings of the antimonopoly-competition policy". Special attention is focused on the characteristics of competition in the public sector in particular means of the competition's securing and areas where the existence of competition is possible and appropriate are proposed. The attention is focused on the necessity for "National doctrine of the development of competition in Ukraine", in which the main assumptions regarding antitrust competition policy in the public sector will be fixed.
