Krushelnytska G. Animals as a special object of civil rights

The thesis is devoted to complex research animals as much a civil matter. As a result of research carried periodization main stages of formation and development of legislation on civil law regime of the animals analyzed international experience set the animals in the light of the perception they do not like things, like living organisms. Furthermore, formulated the concept of animals as well as defined animal species covered by civil law. Existing ownership of the animals, how the acquisition of ownership of the animals and the reasons for his termination are analyzed. The expediency of registration and animal identification at the national level is proved.
