The present thesis focuses on the research of terminological vocabulary of the constitutional law of Ukraine. The topicality of the paper is conditioned by the necessity to research the Ukrainian terminology based on the analysis of terms of the constitutional law of Ukraine which have not yet been segmented from general terminological system of the constitutional law, as well by the importance of social, state, national and linguistic unification and standardization of the terminology of the constitution law of Ukraine.
