Khalina O. The Forms of the Financial-intellectual Power under the Process of Globalization

Object of research: power relations in the global economy and the specifics of their functioning in the financial sector of the global economy. A research objective: the definition of essential features, content of the financial-intellectual power and of the main forms of its realization in the conditions of globalization. Research methods: the historical-logical method, the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, analysis and synthesis, the method of expert assessment, interdisciplinary borrowing. Results, novelty: the essence (the submission relations of economically directed intellect of the financial power of global capital) and the realization forms (financial-virtual technologies and tools; international financial structures of different levels; stimulation of financial psychology of society, manipulation with consciousness through the mass media channels; merging of the transnational capital with public administration, etc.) of the financial-intellectual power has been determined. The main contradiction of the modern stage of development of the new economy in the power aspect between the financial-intellectual and spiritual power has been identified and meaningful revealed.
