Research object: public relations on acquisition, realization and stopping of legal status of business entities- citizen. Research purpose: development and ground of suggestions on perfection of legal status of business entity - citizens. Research methods: dialectical, historical, comparative, analytical, system. Theoretical and practical value: complex economic and legal research is directed on theoretical generalization and ground of directions of perfection of legal status of business entity - citizen. New scientific positions, theoretical and practical conclusions promote increase of efficiency of activity of business entities - citizens. Were drawn on the got results at development of normatively-legal acts with the purpose of perfection of legislation the Folk deputy of Ukraine Bidevka V.A.; by the Executive committee of Makeevkа city advice of the Donetsk area; by the private notary of the Donetsk city notarial district of Main administration of justice in the Donetsk area of Ministry of justice of Ukraine Starodubcevа V.N.; by a business entity - citizen Novakovskа l.P. the Scientific novelty: determination of business entity - citizen is improved, a division into the periods of the stages of development of legislation is developed in relation to business entities - citizens and their general description is given. Position is improved in relation to the order of grant of documents in the organs of state registration in the case of registration of minor citizens as business entities. A problem is in-process analysed and the measures of warning of acquisition of status of business entity - citizen are offered by persons in relation to which the state is set prohibition on engaged in an enterprise on the stage of his legalization. Position is analysed in relation to the order of stopping of activity of business entity - citizen, that allowed to offer directions of perfection of order of confession of business entity - citizen by a bankrupt and proceeding in his solvency in procedure of bankruptcy.
