Stepanko O. Mechanisms of Public Administration in humanitarian sphere in Ukraine

Object of research: state upravleniegumanitarnoy sphere. Objective: To develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving governance mechanisms humanitarian sphere in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. Results: The author received evidence-based results that reveal the essence of government humanitarian sphere in Ukraine, the main trends and features of the development and a comprehensive approach to improving governance mechanisms that area. Novelty: a conceptual model of governance is the development of the humanitarian sphere in Ukraine; recommendations, which reveals the content of the further development of governance mechanisms humanitarian sphere in Ukraine; rationale was further developed the concept of "humanitarian sphere" and "governance humanitarian sphere" and others. Implemented in the activities of the Ministry of Social Policy, Kharkiv City Council and others. Applications: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, officials, local government.
