This research focuses on the study of the dependence of impedance and magnetic characteristics of Si whiskers on the dopant concentration in the vicinity to metal - insulator transition in order to expand the existing ideas about the physical nature of many processes in solids and to develop the concepts for creation of modern devices with predetermined and predictable characteristics.
