Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of reflexive competence of top managers. The work contains theoretical backgrounds, methodological principles and findings of the empirical research of the issue. The main scientific-theoretical approaches to the definition of essence, structure and conditions of formation of reflexive competence have been analysed, generalized and systematized in the dissertation. The structure of professional self-consciousness and features of reflexive activity of top managers have been determined.
