Ukraine's European integration policy. Theoretical and practical bases of complex mechanism for implementing the European integration policy and develop practical recommendations for improvement. Research methods are: system analysis method, a comparative analysis method categorical analysis, structural-functional method, complex analysis and synthesis. Proved that the complex mechanism of realization of Ukraine's European integration policy is based on a combination of political, institutional and organizational, economic, legal and information mechanisms are a set of tools, methods, principles, application of which government provides coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies for the integration of countries EU, helps create the right conditions for the successful implementation of European integration policy. Results implemented in Kherson regional center of retraining and professional employees of state agencies, local governments, state enterprises, institutions and organizations, and in the development of annual programs of economic and social development of the region.
