State regulation of the electoral process in Ukrayini.Nnaukovo-theoretically justify the essence of organizational and legal mechanism of state regulation of the electoral process as a means to ensure the organization and holding of democratic elections in Ukraine and vyznachytyi ways to improve it by analyzing its theoretical foundations, specific state regulation and implementation. Research methods are: systemic, dialectical, system-structural, formal-logical, comparative, statistical, comparative and logical-semantic. The necessity of putting the scientific and legal vocabulary the term "government regulation of the electoral process", "organizational and legal mechanism of state regulation of the electoral process" that will improve legal support transparent and democratic elections; conceptual foundations of the professionalization of election commissions, which involves the introduction of schools with the preparation and conduct of elections, electoral commissions structuring the system governing the formation of commissions II-III levels in a professional manner.
