Essay

The purpose of the study is theoretical and practical bases principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of interaction Entities elimination of major health consequences of emergency. Research methods are: a systematic, comprehensive, idealization, axiomatization, simulation, induction, historical analogies. Factors affecting the mechanisms of the government in the aftermath of the National Assembly, namely: political (timeliness and adequacy of management decisions related to the process of elimination of consequences of emergency and restore normal living conditions of the affected population), economic (adequacy and availability of material resources logistics management process of liquidation of consequences of emergency), geopolitical (situation of the country in the international community), humanities (meet the immediate needs of the affected population able to receive humanitarian assistance); The structural-component resource support scheme based on the systematization types of resources based on the needs of the overall impact of effective mechanisms for interaction with public authorities elimination of the health consequences of emergency in Ukraine; defined spare capacity and formed the scientific and practical vision of targeted financial backup and targeted public insurance. Results implemented in the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine, Department of Health Kherson Oblast State Administration and Crimean Republican TMO "Center Emergency and Disaster Medicine" in the learning process of the Institute of Public Administration for Civil Protection.
