Goncharevska A. The State Regulation in the Sphere of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine

On the basis of analysis of scientific literature on public administration and legal and regulatory framework, the new approaches to the state regulation of television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine by improving the legal regulation, the monitoring of the Ukrainian market of tele and radio broadcasting, the usage of media education and public control have been theoretically generalized, revealed and identified in the dissertation. The scientific and theoretical aspects of state regulation in the sphere of television and radio broadcasting have been defined; their concepts and essence have been revealed; the state of the problem study and the European experience in state regulation of the activities of television and radio broadcasting have been summarized; the current state of public regulation in the sphere of television and radio broadcasting in Ukraine and its regulatory provision have been analyzed. The author's concept of public participation in governmental regulation in the sphere of tele and radio broadcasting has been proposed.
