The thesis deals with the essential characteristics of the basic concepts of controlling, systematically controlling the function of marketing activities of industrial enterprises, the classification of all known tools of controlling and found them acceptable for controlling the marketing of industrial activities and their scope; Methodical approach for controlling marketing instrument-making enterprises and formed system of marketing performance of their operation in the supply chain, for the management decision to minimize receivables management model developed sales of finished products to instrument-making enterprises with regard to different groups of business customers for the duration of calculations manufacturer , held systematization known forms of separation in instrument-making enterprises cells responsible for marketing and identified the main criteria on which such a separation.
