Essay

The dissertation highlights the main provisions of literary and critical works problematizing such interaction of arts. The forms, ways and means of cooperation in art's sphere using in prose of Mikhajlo Kotsyubinsky are analyzed, also are revealed trends in literary in the late XIX - early XX centuries in the context of modernistic art, outlined terminological and methodological apparatus.The interaction of arts in his novels in the light of impressionistic aesthetic is demonstrated. The basic features of individual style Kotsyubinsky, the specific pattern of reality reflection contained in the writer's works because of artistic synthesis.
