he thesis is devoted to the study of individual indicators of endocrine and immune systems, establishing the role of a violation of these parameters in psoriasis and developing complex treatment method aimed at optimizing the endocrine balance and immune system. Studies of individual units of the endocrine system conducted in 120 patients with psoriasis. In patients with psoriasis found multidirectional changes cortisol and growth hormone content reduction. Clinical and pathogenetic role of hormonal changes in patients with normal psoriasis confirms the existence of correlations of cortisol and growth hormone with clinical manifestations of dermatosis. In patients with psoriasis weakened mechanism that underlies the general adaptation syndrome nonspecific In the study of immunity to meaningful changes in cellular immunity: decrease in serum level of CD3+-lymphocytes and CD4+-lymphocytes, CD16+ -lymphocytes and CD56+ lymphocytes, increased CD8 + lymphocytes. Established cytokine imbalance, characterized by a decrease in the content of IFN-gama, IL-2 and IFN-alpha, an increase in IL-4. Identified correlations confirm the dependence of clinical manifestations of dermatosis of immune disorders. Proved the effectiveness of the developed method combined therapy using dalargin and amison that contribute to a more rapid resolution of psoriatic rash, reducing the number of relapses, lengthen remission. Clinical improvement in patients with psoriasis answered improvements hormonal and immunological parameters.
