The thesis is devoted to studying the hygienic value of individual susceptibility to the harmful effects caused by isolated and combined action of imidacloprid, dimethoate and sodium nitrate, as well as search on this basis the criteria that could serve as biomarkers of effect and susceptibility to these intoxications and effectiveness of biological prevention. The individual susceptibility to imidacloprid, dimethoate and sodium nitrate and the nature of their combined impact are clarified. The effect biomarkers are proposed for evaluation of the harmful influence of toxic substances according to type of acetylation. Prophylactic properties of tincture of Echinacea purpurea are evaluated in case of the combined action of imidacloprid and sodium nitrate and sodium nitrate and dimethoate in animals with different acetylation phenotype. The concept of ecogenetic approach of hygiene received a further developed.
