Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and empiric analysis of the problem of institutionalization of public opinion in the process of democratization of modern Ukrainian society through activisation of the use of its administrative functions, like expressive, consultative, directive and incentive. Essence and mechanisms of realization of these functions of public opinion are examined, in particular in the process of the usage of the political marketing in the socio-political management. Special attention is given to characteristics of social technologies that are directed to activisation of the use of public opinion in management.
