Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of tactics complex pathogenetic treatment of patients with extrapyramidal disorders develop after mild brain trauma (BT). Firstly the possibility of light parkinsonian syndrome development after BT was experimentally confirmed, the model was characterized by the development of tremor and muscular rigidity that starts to emerge in certain time periods. It was shown that the pathophysiological mechanisms of post-traumatic experimental parkinsonian syndrome associated with an imbalance of the functioning of the serotoninergic and dopaminergic neurotransmitter systems. Complex clinical manifestations were studied, in particular, motor, cognitive and neuropsychological impairments of different degree which are characteristic for the parkinsonian syndrome. Parkinson's disease clinical peculiarities in patients who have undergone mild BT were specified. Based on this the clinical diagnostic scheme of early diagnosis of post-traumatic extrapyramidal disorders was proposed in postponed period after BT. Based on these results the recommendations for tremor and other extrapyramidal disorders treatment in patients after BT were performed.
