Essay

The processes of estimation and development of higher education establishments' activity are the research object. The theoretical and methodic, and applied principles of estimation and development of higher education establishments' activity are the research subject. The development of theoretical principles and applied proposals for processes of estimation and development of higher education establishments' activity improvement is the goal of the thesis. Systematization, theoretical generalization and systemic analysis, economic and statistical, analytical and structural-logical, graphical are the research methods. The models of financial resources distribution among departments of higher education establishment by means of usage of proposed quantitative indicators of department development have been firstly developed. The method of dominant indicators of estimation of higher education establishment selection and rating of its department while using factors analysis; the customer oriented method of academic services of higher education establishment pricing by means of customers' poll, searching of price sharing curves with Van Westendorp's method and formation of logarithmic curves of education cost raising on the basis of the method of three points have been improved. The financial product on the basis of cooperation among financial and credit institutions, higher education establishment and state authority; interaction mechanisms of higher education establishment and other market agents by the means of formation of councils as effective platforms of proposals, ideas, achievement exchange have been developed. The research results have been embedded into academic process. The higher education establishments are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
