Ryzhenkova L. Party-civil interaction as a factor of the structural differentiation of civil society.

The object is the political dimension of the functioning of civil society in the contemporary world. The aim is to determine the characteristics of party-public interaction that causes the processes of structural differentiation of civil society. The methods are systemic, structural and functional, institutional approach, comparative analysis. Proved that the types and forms of cooperation between NGOs and party organizations in conditions of transformation of the political system and developed democracies are defining on constructive equal cooperation, direct organizational control by the parties over civil society organizations, civil actors affiliation by political parties to their structure, communication and ideological manipulating on civil-active environment by party players. On the basis of foreign political practices and domestic experiences discussed political and communication priorities of the party-civil interaction, processes o the stratification of public opinion as a precondition for structural differentiation of the political community. With the help of a comprehensive methodology disclosed mechanisms of the civic communities affiliation within the political and technological strategies of political parties. Application spheres are democratic reform, training courses.
