Essay

The thesis concerns topical problems of controlling the parameters to determine efficiency of processing routes for operation of long-life performance mines. The thesis highlights that complex assessment of conditions and potential of coal- mining processing route in terms of certain mine requires involving a "cost" of mining parameters in the process of target investment to develop complex model for increment optimization. Research shows that today inefficiency of mines needs more efficient me-thods for processing routes development in time and space and determination of proc-essing route potential in development space dynamics. It character-izes length and structure of mine workings not as functional dependence but as effi-ciency parameters, as a result cooperation of coal mine activity factors under specific mining and technological conditions. A technique for complex assessment of a mine processing route is proposed. It involves four criteria making it possible to increase a level of result validity. Under real conditions maximum level of privatization certificate of processing route cannot be more than 10 to 12 points. The closer the value is to 10, the more attractive the mine is for privatization and corporate mining. Thus, the less expenses for each ton of capacity increment is required.
