The object of study: the process of work motivating of the administrative personnel of industrial enterprises. Objective: further development of theoretical positions and developing of scientific and methodological support and practical recommendations on the formation and evaluation of the motivation of the administrative personnel of industrial enterprises. Methods: systematization, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, dialectic, comparative analysis, historical and logical, systematization, peer reviews, comparative and factor analysis, graphical and analytical, statistical methods of observation, economic-mathematical methods of forecasting. Novelty: for the first time formed and justified theoretical, methodological and applied principles of the concept of motivation administrative personnel which is based on the idea of personal development, principle of economic liberty, displays static and dynamic aspects of motivation, organically combines current and strategic goals of activity of the enterprise and is the ideological foundation for understanding new tasks during the formation of its motivational policy, improved methodical approaches to the evaluation of the level and condition of work motivation, methodology for determining trends in work motivation based on the analysis of the standard of living of the population, methodological approaches to the formation of administrative personnel motivation systems, methodology for evaluation of the effectiveness of the administrative personnel motivation system.
