Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving of the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias and breathing by premature infants with perinatal disorders of the central nervous system via daily monitoring ECG by Holter with parallel recording of the rheopneumogramma. It was found out that the structure of dysrhythmia by premature infants with perinatal disorders of the CNS dominated heterotopic cardiac arrhythmia. Apnea of more than 20 seconds occurred only in children with hypoxic-hemorrhagic disorders of the CNS of the heart rate response as bradyarrhythmia, episodes of sinoatrial block II degree. A method of integrated assessment of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system can improve the efficiency of the diagnosis of adaptation of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems by preterm infants and develop an individual plan of treatment and rehabilitation. The results of the 30-month follow-up of preterm infants showed positive dynamics in the frequency of active heterotopic disorders education momentum: sinus arrythmia significantly decreased in all the examined preterm infants. Ventricular ectopic activity, and conduction abnormalities were detected only in children with intra-hemorrhage I-II degrees.
