Object of research - processes of distribution of parameters of a vector of Stokes of the laser radiation disseminated by biological tissues of the person and heat exchange in a zone of contact of cryotools with biological tissue. An object of research - optical characteristics of a field of scattered laser radiation at diagnostics of biological environments and system of complex optical diagnostics of pathological states. The research objective consists in increase of efficiency of application of methods of optical diagnostics by creation of system of complex diagnostics of pathological states and thermoelectric actions on biological tissues. Research methods: methods Stokes - a polarimetry of laser fields for receiving coordinate distributions of conditions of polarization; computer modeling of physical processes in thermoelectric to the environment for obtaining quantitative parameters at design of devices for influence by cold; statistical, correlation and fractal analysis of experimental data. As a result of performance of dissertation work new methods of Fourier - Stokes - a polarimetry are offered and for the first time defined optics - physical criteria of diagnostics and differentiation of various pathologies of a human body, possibility of creation of the original devices using thermoelectric cooling is proved. Practical value of the received results is that technical parameters are developed and determined, preliminary clinical tests of experimental samples are carried out: the thermoelectric device for treatment of oncological diseases of a rectum; the system of complex optical diagnostics (in vitro) of oncological diseases and thermoelectric influence by cold on rectum tissue is developed. Extent of introduction - results are introduced on the basis of the Chernovtsy Regional clinical oncological clinic, Chernovitsky regional tissue - venereologic clinic, the Chernovitsky regional clinical cardiological clinic, Department of oncology and traumatology of Bukovinsky State MedicalUuniversity.
