Essay

Object of study - rosacea. The aim - to improve the efficiency of treatment of men with rosacea by developing a complex differential treatment on the basis of the definition of clinical and anamnestic characteristics of flow and immunomorphogonesis of dermatosis. Methods: clinical, morphological, immunohistochemical, statistics. The thesis is devoted to the issues of increasing efficiency of treatment of male patients with rosacea based on a profound investigation of clinical-anamnestic peculiarities, immune morphogenesis of dermatosis in dynamics of treatment, using VEGF. There were examined 110 adults male patients with erythematous and papula-pustular forms of rosacea. There were defined peculiarities of clinical-morphologic and immune-histochemical markers of the disease in dependence with patients' age, type of the skin, clinical stage, concomitant pathology, psycho-somatic shifts and life quality. A new complex pathogenetic therapy of rosacea, depending on clinical form of the disease was proposed, its efficacy in comparison with traditional therapeutic methods was proved.
