Thesis is devoted to the study of fluid flow and separation process in vortex devices with counter swirling flow (VAVZPTS ) with a cylindrical separation chamber designed to purify the aerosol chemical and construction industries. VAVZPTS studied hydrodynamic features. The nature of the impact of regime - design parameters and the outlet fitting of the bunker on the hydrodynamics, performance and energy efficiency. Based on the law of conservation of angular momentum obtained analytical expressions for the components of the velocity fields and evaluation of fractional efficiency. Developed engineering technique selection and calculation models VAVZPTS precipitators. Developed and patented in Ukraine innovative design dust collector with continuous discharge of dust, which has been tested in the chemical and construction industries. Proposed and patented design of the contact module of Ukraine scrubbing. Defined zoning constructive modernization model VAVZPTS and their multifunctional use of the area for the processes of chemical technology.
