The dissertation deals with philosophical analysis of the characteristics of interaction in countercultural groups at time of information. The main attention is paid to social and cultural ways of adaptation of countercultural surroundings to new forms of interaction. Here is clear the meaning of "counterculture" and "popular culture" through their relationship with the concept of "interaction". Here are demonstrated the processes of countercultulal surroundings at time of information which create conditions for self-identity in the culture . Here is proved ambivalent relationship genesis of social and cultural conditions of formation and origin of interaction countercultulal surroundings with the transition of society to the information time. (With cultural and civilizational progress of mankind). So we can see that interaction can assist to dissemination of countercultural groups and identification of their nature. Also we can see the significant changings of interactive processes of countercultural surroundings at time of information.
