Essay

A comprehensive scientific study of theoretical and applied problems of violent crimes prevention against the elderly is developed in the thesis. The scientific research on problems of the violent crimes prevention against the elderly is studied. It is determined that this type of violent crimes is a combination of the Criminal Law punishable, more socially dangerous, intentional, wrongful acts (activity or inactivity) against the elderly people with applying to them physical and/or mental abuse, that include their impossibility of resistance to such acts.
