Gorbachova O. Private pension funds as subjects of civil rights of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the legal status of pension funds and relationships with private pensions in Ukraine. A study of the most complex and problematic issues related to the lack of coverage of this issue in civil law and civil science. This work focuses on the conclusion that the question of of civil status of private pension funds should be viewed through civil relations with its representatives and of exclusive activities - provision of private pensions. The mechanism of creation of private pension funds, the amount and characteristics of their personality, the responsibility of pension funds and their representatives. The analysis of the agreements made in support of non-state pension and pension contract as a basis to provide services in this area.
