The thesis deals with network electronic magazines since their inception to the present. The specifics of their creation, editing and distribution are researched.The transformation of network electronic journals is described, their content and form are being analized. For the first time different types of network media are given a phenomenological definition. Network electronic magazines are classified by thematic features and creation technology.
