Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the ultrafiltration process of protein-carbohydrate raw milk with the use of semi-penetrate membranes of the PAN-type second generation and the development of its instrumentation. The data concerning the structure and properties of PAN-50 and PAN-100 membranes are received; the most rational baric, thermal and chemical parameters of the ultrafiltration process with their use are suggested. Rational technological parameters of the UF process of protein-carbohydrate raw milk in a blind mode and in the mode with the use of bubbling device are determined. A pilot sample of the ultrafiltration model with a bubbling device is elaborated. A group of actions on implementing the results of the research into practice is fulfilled.
