Denіsova O. Criminal lawful description of the torture.

This Manuscript devoted to exploration of the such criminal assault as torture, the development of the theoretical conditions and scientifically well-founded recommendations which aimed on a promotion of the efficiency within qualification of torture and delimitation the torture from other corpus delicties. In this Dissertation I have investigated the objective, subjective and qualify signs of the torture's corpus delicties. Particular attention has been paid on the definition of "torture", the elucidation of its main direct object and the definition of the place of this crime in the system of the Special part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Specifying and formulate in a new way the content and signs of the torture From a new point of view is determined the direct object of torture. It is proposed to introduce the amendments in the Criminal Code of Ukraine chasing one main purpose - it improvement.
