Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to the study of the psychological interpersonal conflicts of the future psychologists. The psychological factors were revealed, which determine the appearance of the internal personal conflicts, particularly: cognitive, emotive, connotative. The types of interpersonal conflicts of the students-future psychologists were separated: actual, key, basic. The programme of activation of the positive potential of interpersonal conflicts of the future psychologists was substantiated, developed and tested. The appropriateness of its usage in HEI at preparation of the future psychologists was proved.
