Sagaidak I. Rights of children with disabilitiеs: Theoretical and Legal Analyses

Dissertation is devoted to a complex scientific and theoretical research of rights of children with disabilitiеs. In-process probed evolution of rights of children with disabilitiеs and rights of children with disabilitiеs are considered from position of division them on general (what belong to all children) and special (what belong only to children with disabilitiеs). The mechanism of providing of rights of children with disabilitiеs and certainly basic criteria of measuring of his effectiveness are developed. Grounded requirement of change dominating in the state and society of conception of disability, which must plug medical, economic and social approaches in disability of children are given.
