Essay

In the dissertation there have been made theoretical analysis of scientific researches of the definite personality formation in foreign and domestic psychology; the essence, structure and genesis in the period of growing up have been defined. The peculiarities of structural components (cognitive, emotionally motivational, behavioral) attraction's manifestation to coevals in adolescence have been experimentally researched. There have been defined criteria (experience of positive interpersonal relation with adolescence, value attitude toward themselves and other people, positive motivation in interpersonal relations with object of sympathy, positive behaviour in relations with adolescence), indexes and levels (higher, middle, low) of manifestation the giving phenomena. In the work there have been distinguished psychological conditions (there have been generalized ideas about attraction to others, attractive images of coevals and examples of their behaviour; sympathy and affiliation to some coevals; attachments and value attitude of adolescence to coevals, with which they are identified themselves; trust and positive attitude of adolescence to coevals with which correlated their personal position; positive interaction with coevals) of forming the attraction between adolescence. There have been worked out the psychological model of forming of attraction to coevals in adolescence; the necessity and effectiveness of implementation the program of psychological support and social-psychological training of forming of research personality formation have been proved. The methodical recommendations for practical psychologists as for the process of constructive forming of attraction among adolescence have been worked out by the author.
