Tonkonoga I. Scientific and methodological basis for ensuring the economic -environmental safety of the Black Sea region

Object - the formation of scientific-methodical maintenance of ecological and economic security of the Black Sea region ukrains-one; aim - the development of scientific and methodological foundations justify the selection of strategies, methods and tools to ensure ecological and economic secu- whith the development of the Black Sea region of Ukraine; methods - systematic, comparative analysis of economic and mathematical statistics, analytical and predictive, logical analysis, factor analysis and comprehensive; novelty - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for justifying the choice of strategies and tools to achieve ecological and economic security of the Black Sea coast of Ukraine; theoretical and practical results-created re-scientific advice on use of economic-ray methods to ensure ecological and economic security at the local level, not to develop proposals for a stimulating vaniyu-environmental activities, and programs to generate the optimal time-development of the Black Sea in Ukraine; degree of implementation - research results is-to use the Department of Economics Razdelnyans Coy district administration in the development of "Programmy socio-economic and cultural development of the Sec-lnyanskogo district for 2015" (№164 from 03.26.2014); "Association of entre-teley Rozdilna Raion" in the development of the project "Development and Program pіdderzhki those communities-rritorialnyh Rozdilna Raion in 2012-2015" (reference number 32 dated 04.30.2014); in practice of "Di-Com Group" and OOO "Eko.Elka" using the methods of pricing for products based environmental charges and expenses, and ta-kzhe economic damage from environmental pollution (№ 205 of 11/02/2014 and №88876 08.04.2014); when in dgotovke courses in Odessa gosudars-Twain Environmental University "economy Mika enterprises", "Financial Menage-cop", "Enterprise Finance", "Buhgalters cue Accounting and Auditing" in the learning process spec-sheets and masters in the field "Menedzhment organizations and administration (by economic activity)" and "Mene- dzhment environmental practices" (from 19.05.2014); branch - environmental economics and environmental protection.
