Prodan I. Innovative development in the personnel management system of the enterprise

Object - personnel management processes in terms of innovative development of economy. Purpose - generalization of theoretical principles and development of scientific and practical recommendations concerning innovative development in personnel management system. Methods are abstract-logical, scientific generalization and comparison, analysis, synthesis, classification, systematization, statistical method of economic analysis, social research and economic-mathematical modelling. Results are the necessity of implementation of innovative oriented actions inside personnel management system has been proven. Novelty - the mechanism of innovative development inside personnel management system has been formed; the classification of factors of influence on innovative development in personnel management system has been supplemented; the methodical approach to analysis and assessment of effectiveness of personnel management system has been formed; the classification of personnel management instruments have been substantiated and expanded; the system of personnel assessment has been improved; the foundation of essence of concept "organizational innovative structure of personnel management system" has been further developed; the author concept of "innovative development in personnel management system" has been offered. Introduced in the activity of CJSC "Agroproduct", LLC "Skalat myaso", LLC "Zahotservice", the Department of economical development in Ternopil regional state administration, Ternopil region employment agency and in the learning process of the Ternopil National Economic University. Scope of Application - of application is activities of enterprises of the meat processing industry.
