Kuyantseva O. The artistic world of prose by A. Y. Panaeva.

The object of the research is fiction writing of A.Y. Panaeva in the context of cultural, historical and literature development process in Russia in the second half of the 19th century; the object-matter is to identify diversity of A.Y. Panaeva's artistic world of prose and distinguish its significant characteristics; methods of research - comparative, biographical, structural and typological method, comprehensive approach; the novelty of the research - the main tendencies and cognition peculiarities of writers' works are defined, the comprehensive analysis of the prose is performed, the innovation in author's representation of literary type "woman, who develops" (transformation of the traditional type "man, who develops") is determined; all that proves that A.Y. Panaeva multiformously demonstrates male and female socio-psychological types in her literary practice and creates her own model of the world and an icon for society's future evolution. The results of the research can be used in higher education institutions for preparation of the lecture courses on the history of the Russian literature of the second half of the 19th century, optional courses and workshops devoted to the issues of Russian female writers, the materials of the research can be used in preparing course works, graduation works; graduate theses; Specialty - Philology.
