Dudka I. The law policy in the government management of banking operations in Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to studying the law policy issues in the field of government management of banking operations in Ukraine. The key indicators and tendencies of development of the banking services market as a subject of economic and legal influence has been analyzed in the work. A number of theoretical propositions to be taken as a principle of forming and implementing the law policy issues in the field of government management of banking operations in Ukraine has been defined. Thepropositions should include such concepts as "the law economic policy", "the law policy in the government management of banking operations". The dual legal and functional nature of the government management of banking operations, as the management constitutes both the subject of the policy and its instrument influencing all other subjects - directions of the policy in the field of banking operations, has been determined; a number of suggestions on improvement of banking law has been put forward.
